About the Founder
Marcus has spent more than two decades at the intersection of healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship, and governance. He founded and led Healthengine, growing it into Australia’s largest consumer healthcare platform.
Today, he advises startups, corporates, and government on innovation, capability building, and navigating complex decisions. His operating belief is simple: better decisions, made consistently, compound—and the best founders build momentum without burning themselves out.

Outside work, Marcus is a lifelong learner who enjoys skiing, travel, investing, great food, and hiking. He believes success should enhance life - not consume it - and The Inspired is built for ambitious people and organisations who want growth that’s high-performing and grounded.
